I have to say they were absolutely fantastic at doing my hair to get it to the colour that was required my hair was very dark & I wanted blonde highlights they really did a fantastic job

I had been coming for several months/a year and had been happy with my usual stylist however I wish I had read the google reviews re overcharging.
I booked a root touch up and trim, the same style I’d been having every couple of months which is balyage and long bob (just below shoulders) with some rough layers. I ended up with 4 inches off my hair (think Karen hair cut so pretty short) and being charged a full head of highlights when only my roots were dyed and being charged over £200. AVOID
