I booked my appointment with someone who was overbooked (I guess??) so someone else dealt with my hair. No one felt that this is an information that should be shared with me. The person who dealt with my hair was sweet but didn’t speak english so obviously I couldn’t tell him what I wanted. The other hair stylist translated my long monologue in 2-3 sentences to him. I did not feel comfortable and out of the 3 simple things I wanted he only got 1 right, maybe the other 2 got lost in translation?

This is my second visit to this salon and i so happy with the service i have received. I went for a root touch up, cut and blow dry this time and i am so pleased with results. Great service from start to finish. Even though they were busy they did not rush the client which is really good. Thank you, I will be back!

I have to say they were absolutely fantastic at doing my hair to get it to the colour that was required my hair was very dark & I wanted blonde highlights they really did a fantastic job
