Quite stressful and unpleasant experience. I had a feeling that Mehmet is not confident in hair highlights. Result of the treatment was very poor. He advised me to dim one strand of hair (which was ginger), he did it but he didn’t informed me during the treatment that it’s gonna cost extra £85 (!!!). I’m not happy.
