I really recommend the salon and Bilge in particular. My hair is bleached white a la Marilyn, and this is a very hard look to achieve, you have to put enough bleach on to lift it so its not yellow, but not so much as to fry the hair. Bilge always fies it with care and attention, and frankly if she can get this right she can do anything.
