Donna had availability to fit me in last minute for hybrid lashes when I had never been there before. I even got a text saying she could fit me in sooner if I was free to. She did a really great job, was very friendly and chatty then encouraged me to relax and enjoy it. I felt no pressure to have to chat all the way through and I could just enjoy the experience. The room was very clean too which is reassuring in an aesthetics environment. Would happily recommend!
