Although the venue and initial service was good, it is the worst haircut I have had in my life. I have thick hair so its not easy to cut but asked for a simple couple of inches of and a little bit of face framing. The layers that were cut were pretty much three sections of hair cut at different lengths, throughout the entire front of my hair. I had to go to another hairdresser in tears and they had to take most of the volume off my hair in order to have something decent. I expect a refund.
