Staff is very lovely and puts lots of effort into achieving the wished result. Unfortunately my blowdry wasn’t what I imagined, they tried to fix it but the result didn’t last for that day either.

I have been having the Osmo silverising shampoo, conditioner, then mask treatment [under the heat lamp], followed by a styling protector spray with Jenny for years. Very good for grey hair, stops it from yellowing.
