This is the 2nd time I've turned up to a hair appointment & the salon (two different ones) have been unable to find my Treatwell booking. This meant that Canon was not available but the girl who was there couldn't have been more helpful! She took on my appt, did exactly what I was looking for with my colour, gave some great advice & was very clear about any extra costs. Didn't catch her name but she deserves credit for a last minute save! Thank you

Kate was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was my first balayage and she explained everything I needed to know and showed me colour charts so I knew what to expect. Will definitely come again

I came here a few weeks ago. My hair was bleach blonde and I asked for my roots to be faded out into balayage, but still remain mostly blonde. When the hair dye came off I was brunette, the manager recognised this instantly and put a few blonde streaks back in. But still not as blonde I would like. I was upset and still charged around £90. I haven’t been satisfied with my colour for weeks.
