Chantal is such a lovely person, she was attentive, caring and very professional. She took her time to listen and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. She was very accommodating with the appointment and the whole process was seamless. She makes you feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process step by step. Gave aftercare advice and completely felt listened to and was treated with respect and dignity throughout. Would not go anywhere else and I am going to recommend her to everyone x
