I visited recently with a friend for a Turkish Hammam & Moroccan Bath treatment. Overall, we had a pleasant time — we always do together — but the service was a little inconsistent. Most of the staff were friendly and professional, but one therapist (let's call her Karen since the behaviour fits) came across as rather rigid, for lack of a better word.
Our treatment included a full body mask, but unfortunately, it wasn’t applied evenly. Karen applied almost the entire mask on my friend, leaving very little for me. I noticed a few uncomfortable glances exchanged between the two therapists, but neither addressed or corrected the situation.
During the treatment, Karen also splashed water quite aggressively on my friend’s face while washing off the soap. We laughed it off, but my friend is just too polite to say anything — I think it felt unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable.
After the treatment, she came into the changing area, which has three separate spaces. I was using one, and the other two were free, yet she stood waiting for me to move so she could use the same one. It felt unnecessarily awkward and unprofessional.
Aside from that, the rest of the staff were lovely and attentive. The receptionist did misspell my friend’s name and forgot to mention that we needed to bring towels, so we had to pay a small extra fee — not a major issue, but worth noting.

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience at Crystal Spa. The place was clean and calming and the staff were welcoming and friendly (especially Sophie). The changing room was a little small, but as there was only myself and another lady, this was not a problem. I enjoyed 15 minutes in the steam room, then had an exfoliating body scrub and massage by Orhan, both of which were amazing. He had a very professional technique and used just the right amount of pressure overall. I left feeling cleansed, relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Crystal Spa and I look forward to returning soon!

We have a wonderful time at Crystal Palace Spa with my partner. Had a warm welcoming and then changed into swimwear and headed to steam room for about 15 mins, from there we went to another room for a full body treatment. We were next to each other on a massive heated stone, we chose a coffee treatment which was lovely. Myself I had a lovely lady Sofia who was very kind and did a fantastic massage for me. We had a lovely time overall and would recommend to other couples too. In case you wonder, I had a massage from a lady as mentioned before and my husband from a man. Please make sure you have a swimsuit, ideally a two piece, and bring your flip flops. Body lotion that we were supposed to bring was not used, but towels are much needed so please bring your own. There are also hairdryers in ladies changing room so you don’t need to bring your own. One advise I would also mention try to drink water before you come as steam room can get intese, and drink water afterwards too. Lovely place, treatment was very good and thorough, our skin felt so soft after. Thank you!

Alyona & Vika were fabulous therapists! My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We came out totally relaxed and refreshed! We will definitely one back! Highly recommend this place

Hamam is good but avoid the salon. Quoted me £200 in person, I mentioned this when I made the appt over the phone they’re like yea yea come in. I go to pay in person and was charged £315. No warning beforehand and also charged me 60£ on top of a haircut because I asked for curls (again without mentioning to me it would cost more) so disappointed with such poor communication and customer service speaking the whole time to each other in another language and barely any focus on the client in their chair, I will not be returning again. For such high costs you should be providing luxury experience
