Meet Our Valued Team Member With almost 20 years of dedication and loyalty to Crystal Palace Spa, she has become much more than a member of our team — she is truly part of the heart and soul of our salon. Originally from Ukraine, she brings with her many years of experience, knowledge and passion for the hair extension industry. She specialises in Tape Hair Extensions and Micro Ring Extensions, and has developed her skills through extensive hands-on experience and professional education. As part of her professional development, she completed specialist hair extension training with the Great Lengths Academy, a highly respected name in the hair extension industry. This training, together with her nearly two decades of practical experience, has given her a strong understanding of professional hair extension techniques and the care required to achieve beautiful results for our clients. Her role at Crystal Palace Spa, however, goes far beyond her expertise in hair extensions. We affectionately call her our “Salon Bee” because she is always busy, always helping and always there for everyone. She is an important part of the day-to-day life of our salon, supporting our clients, helping her colleagues and taking care of all the little details that help keep everything running smoothly. She is someone we can always count on. Over the years, she has built wonderful relationships with our clients and is very much loved and appreciated by them.
