I booked an appointment time, I arrived 30 minutes early, to be told that the shop had text me to ask me to come later which I hadn't received. I was not too happy about it as this was the second time this had happened. I paid online when I made my booking, then get told that I needed to pay another £3.00. again not happy as again this was 2nd time it has happened. I am seriously considering finding somewhere else. Have used this shop twice, and both times they try to change appointment, and chargin

The salon was nice, albeit a bit busy. I've never had my nails done before and the smell of acetone in the air took me aback for the first few minutes. While waiting, I was prompted to choose my nail colour. The nail technician was skilled and did a good job tidying up and applying gel to my nails. All in all it was a good experience. Note: you can only pay cash or bank transfer, so better make sure you have cash
