He absolutely hacked my feet with the grater - my skin was flying all over the shop and now my feet are so sore. I have stripes all over my heels and balls where it was cut too deep. I had nail polish all over the edges of my toes and the pedicure was £5 more expensive than whats quoted online. I said something at the time and they made me feel like i was the one to get the price wrong.
