Only marked down because the room was really cold and the towel over me was damp which made me more cold. When I asked to change to a dry towel lady got aft Ed h one pot but this was damp too. Tried to warm me up but not very relaxing when you’re freezing

The massage was excellent. 2 negatives, the area where I had my treatment was right next to the next area, only separated by a curtain, I didn't find it very relaxing. Also my treatment was supposed to be an hour and it was 50 minutes.
