Unreliable, made a booking and was left a voicemail 10 minutes before to say there was an issue with the beautician but to attend my appointment anyway as someone else from the salon could take the appt, paid for parking, arrived on time to be told no one can do my appt. Last time my appointment booking was rescheduled to earlier which was fine, but this salon really should get there act together, taking bookings they cannot meet
