My second time going to Crystal Hairdressing and Beauty and I’ll be coming back. The wax is thorough while also being quick. She checked in and told me about what she was doing as she was doing it (ie tweezers, different wax types) and did a great job!

I had a voucher for my birthday and was well in need of a relaxing treatment. I booked myself in for the Indian head massage and blow dry.
I was absolutely blown away with the treatment - the attention to detail and care was extremely impressive. I will go as far to say it is the best massage I have ever had! The room was calming and relaxing, I felt comfortable throughout. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back!

I booked in for a Brazilian wax. Sadly my skin was not held tight several times and now I have sore red skin which is scabbing in places. Lots of hairs were also missed. The lighting was not good for her to see. The bed cover was filthy. Shame really.
