£20 for a trim that lasted less than 10 minutes felt too expensive. The salon was nice, but disorganised and there were lots of people waiting by the door and not many staff. I waited 20 minutes before I was seen for an appointment I’d pre-booked. I will likely book somewhere else next time for a more friendly experience and more for my money, but the hair cut was fine

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I asked for French braids. I was told not to wash my hair on the treatwell website as it helps to hold the braids. Unfortunately my hair ended up being too greasy so the stylist was very helpful and sprayed dry shampoo on. The overall look of the braids were nice although they were far to loose and they were falling out in the afternoon as my hair is very fine!
On a whole the service was good and some of these things were out of there salons control.

Excellent service very good treatments and Shazia is caring and very experienced furthermore there are other treatments that I would like to try in the future.

I had a massage and facial with Zaynab. Really relaxing massage, very attentive to my comfort during the massage.
My skin looks amazing 1 week after the facial, she was very thorough, with really good results!
