Arrived on time for my T Section highlights was met by Shazia who said I would need to pay extra £20 for a toner this was said on arrival. Extremely disappointed and how unprofessional to tell a customer on arrival for the appointment they will be charged extra! Insufficient and misleading information on Treatwell, kindly rectify this on Treatwell.

Couldn’t fault the service. And really nice to just be able to wash my hair and go. I feel that the treatment I had last October was slightly better though as it was applied differently and straighteners were used. I don’t know if this makes a difference or there is now a different way of doing things. I feel there is just slightly more frizz this time than there was last time. But thank you ladies!
