The price was £10 when I booked but I was charged £20 after my appointment. I was told I had frizzy hair and split ends, probably caused by the stylist not knowing how to use the straighteners, luckily another more experienced stylist took over and the end result was ok.

Unreliable, made a booking and was left a voicemail 10 minutes before to say there was an issue with the beautician but to attend my appointment anyway as someone else from the salon could take the appt, paid for parking, arrived on time to be told no one can do my appt.
Last time my appointment booking was rescheduled to earlier which was fine, but this salon really should get there act together, taking bookings they cannot meet
