Was greeted initially but then not spoken to for 5 minutes. It got to our appointment time and my daughter and I were asked if we could back in the next 30/40 minutes. Totally unacceptable. We didn’t have time to go back. No refund given.

Had gel pedicure with Demi, she was very thorough great attention to detail, I'm very happy with my toes :)
