Very friendly and welcoming, did a great job on my eyelash tint and explained every step of the process as it was my first time having this treatment. Made some great recommendations for me. They have a good, thorough Covid process too which makes you feel secure but also isn’t overly complicated so it doesn’t make the experience any less of a treat.
