Crystal was great, a lovely lady! Explained everything really well and wanted to make sure that the massage was tailored to my needs. The aftercare email was really useful too. I'm definitely making this a regular thing as it did me the world of good! The hired room that is being used isn't in the most amazing building but the room itself was pleasant, clean and very comfortable, plus Crystal's warm welcome makes up for it!
