Crystal was brilliant, explained everything clearly, allowed me to come early when I misremembered my appointment time, chatted when I did and as I drifted off during the massage left me in peace. I tend to have deep tissue massages but this Swedish massage was deceptively effective, super relaxing and gentle but I could definitely feel the effects on the muscles the next day. There was a bit of noise from outside which Crystal apologise for but the value for money was great, it didn't bother me. I tend to get quite cold during a massage which Can be distracting but when I did the extra blanket and heated bed were very comforting. I love scents and aromatherapy and although not hugely noticeable the oil that Crystal used felt and smelt good on my skin. Support independent businesses!

I have been to lots of spas in the uk and i had different treatment done but always had a feeling of disapointment after.
When i went to my facial and back massage in crystal beauty i was expecting much and i was taken by surprise. Installed in an office, the place is decorated with taste and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing. The beautician took the time before and after the treatment to talk to me about my skin and gave me some advice without trying to sell meany products (which is a first!). The back massage was one of the most efficient i had. All my tensions was gone and the blood circulation in my arms and legs greatly improved immediately after. I pick the facial with extractions with is not a service you find very often and for the first time in a while i feel like my skin is breathing again. I highly recommend this place!
