I've been to Crystal's a few times now and as always it's been amazing. I love the atmosphere, products and the overall experience. Crystal is very passionate about her work and gives very good advise. My skin has improved so much ever since my first visit and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was good! The therapist explained about my skin condition and the treatment I used clearly before I started my treatment. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go for facial treatment.

Went up to Birmingham for the weekend and saw the great reviews, so made a booking. Great decision, Crystal made me feel pampered with a Swedish massage and facial, this was a week ago and till now my face feels great. Will definitely be back again.
