A guy at the salon did my pedicure and my shellac manicure who was the worst! My cuticles were not removed properly both on my hands and feet, the polish was terrible and he was really rude! Apparently this isn’t the first time happening to them and after I complained they offered to redo my nails and wasted 4 hours at the salon!
Another girl came in and her nails were done by the same person who complained as well. They offered to redo her nails which makes me think this happens all the time.

Kept waiting despite having had an appointment I made well in advance as I had a party to attend for my birthday. I had to leave on time due to a meeting at work and let them know this. They still took on others before me when they didn’t have the capacity. Worst gel removal ever, took over 35 minutes and still scraped away painfully. Remaining gel from my hands not even removed fully and it’s bright red so visible. Not good, painful, and ugly and took too long.
