Sam was nice but a bit clumsy. I had the feeling to be in a rush as she is very fast when working.
When putting the product on the hair to fix the curls, she poured mainly on the front part and not much at the back so the curls ended up being almost flat behind my head. Today, day2, my hair are barely wavy and flat at part and I feel like I wasted 80 pounds.
The girls are lovely, but in terms of result I don’t think I will go back.

I love going to crystal beauty. Majida is excellent at both laser hair removal and eyebrow threading and tinting. She is professional, easy to speak to and puts a lot of time and effort into making you look your best. I go here regularly and will be continuing to do so for the foreseeable future.

Kelly was great. The wax was very thorough and she was careful and attentive with my eyebrows. Overall a great experience and I hope to be back soon!
