Very aggressively washed my hair with cold water. I asked for a bouncy wavy blow dry and she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and kept asking if I want it straight or not. She curled my hair in ringlets even the front sections which looked very odd. I thought it would drop to a wave by the time I walked 10minutes home but instead it completely dropped so I was back with the hair I started with but with £35 less in my bank account!

30th of December I went to have a infill, which never got done because I decided to speak up for once as I’m not usually bothered as this woman is moany as hell and asked for my nails to be filed square as she does not listen and to my surprise this disgusting lady Anna wanted to scream and shout because she is a lazy rude b****, I’m pregnant so she’s actually lucky I couldn’t react. Her shellac peels off she can’t file to save her life and she’s rude would never recommend doing nails with her.
