I have never been treated and spoken to as bad as I was today by Anna. I work for the NHS saving lives and was treated so bad today I will never step foot in this salon again. Please beware of the rude unprofessional staff

Went to get my manicure done. It was hard to communicate with the lady, she seemed in rush also.
Wasn’t very gentle with my nails, when filing had to ask her to go easier as it hurt. What put me off the most was that the equipment didn’t seem clean… nail files were definitely used before and didn’t look like we’re sanitised before my appointment.
Felt a bit put off by the cleanliness. I feel like the quality could be better, my cuticles are full of top coat /gel. Won’t be coming again,sorry.
