I like to think I'm a regular customer now that I've been more than 3 times. I arrived very early and stood at reception for more than 10mins waiting for someone to address me at reception. Looks like they didn't have receptionist in that day but i was unhappy that I had to wait so long for someone to deal with me. They finally explained that they couldn't change my time so I sat and waited and waited. They weren't ready until 20mins past my appointment. Hopefully this improves going forward.
