No greeting. Just grunting and pointing at things. No communication just yanking my hand and arm whichever way. I am happy to position myself differently to help the nail tech - but they just yanked!! No questions asked. Over filed and hurt me!

My third time getting my nails done here. Anna, although skilled at getting my nails amazing looking in the end, makes my fingers bleed at every single appointment. Really rough with the file.
The other staff are lovely though!
