Ultimately, the pedicure was done well, but I have one piece of advice for the technician: she shouldn't use a blade. For one thing, it’s easy to cut and injure the client, and for another, it’s not hygienic at all.

The treatment was rushed, and an oil was applied to my face mid way without my consent or explanation. Excess hair was pulled from my left eyebrow, leaving a noticeable gap. Within minutes of leaving, I experienced severe irritation and an intense burning sensation on my face because of the oil, resulting in visible burn marks on my chin. I have tried contacting the salon by email, but get a bounce back. I have therefore submitted my formal complaint by post as well as posting this review.
