Honestly wish I could give it 0. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t get seen untill 4:20! It took almost 2 hours to do my nails as she kept walking away and talking to her colleges. There were two angry customers who also came in and complained so Iknow it wasn’t just me! My acrylics also all came off the next day as they were soo badly done and all the shapes and sizes were wrong and different to each other in the first place. I want a refund!

My first time attending Crystal Beauty Centre and I would highly recommend it! Great value for money, very friendly staff and fantastic results! I had my hair cut and coloured by Nora and I am in love with my new style. She was able to guide me to my new colour and did a fantastic job. I felt very welcomed and relaxed whilst being there and I will definitely be going back! Thanks again!

Okay wax but little bits of wax residue left on skin and staff were leaning over me to do my other arm rather than just walking around to the other side of the table. Made the experience a little uncomfortable. Also nowhere to hang bag, coat etc and no chair to put things on either. But everything was new looking and clean.
