Only giving it 2 stars as the wax was really good. The message wasn't a massage, she spent maybe 10mins rubbing some warming lotion onto my back and then spent the rest of the time sitting by my feet and giving it the odd rub. Complete waste of money for it and would not recommend the "massage"

I had booked more than a week before my appointment. I arrived there at 6:30pm sharp according to my appointment and Iris was with another client. She said she was not available and asked me to come back in 25 minutes.
To be honest I did not fancy waiting in the rain nor going to a piri piri shop (I am vegan) since that was the only thing around.
I let them know that I will not be returning in 25 minutes.
I would have been ok to wait for 10 minutes maybe even 15 but that was too much.
