The Salon was very clean, and the staff were nice. Fatima came and got me from the front desk and lead me to the back room. She left the room and allowed me to get undressed then came back in and we started. She used hot wax however she then proceeded to use waxing paper to remove it which I’m not used to (I’m used to them either using lollipop sticks or flicking up the wax) It was a bit more painful that usual because of this. Nevertheless, Fatima did a great Job so I’ve given 4 stars for the service. I have a really low pain threshold so I’m not the best client but Fatima did her best to try and keep me calm and in the least amount of pain as possible.
Hollywood Waxing
Definitely room for improvement! If I wrote about everything that’s already happened to me in this place everyone would think I’m absolutely crazy for still going back however it’s very convenient for me, the prices are good and some of the staff is lovely! My advice would be, be more organised, be one time for your clients, be professional and know your clients!
Laser Hair Removal
Great shellac manicure by Majida. Very efficient & friendly .lovely fresh mint tea too.😍👌🏻
Gel Nails Manicure
A complete mess. The manicurist was late 15 minutes, she came in and didn’t even apologise. The were vacuum cleaning when I entered, and then left the machine in the middle of the studio. The staff kept talking in their language laughing loudly and being very slow. The music was very loud and gave me a headache by the time I was done. My nails are average, the lady got them shorter than what I told her. I am definitely not returning back since it wasn’t a pleasurable experience.
