nat is very knowledgable. i suffered with pain for over 10years and seen many professionals but it never helpped since ive been going to see nat my pain is at a managable level and in another area i had pain its totally gone. so if youve got chronic pain everyone says just take pain killers and acceot it i would highly recomend you go see nat. not only do you get the cryotherapy you get nats knowledge and he will give you exercises or stretches to do that will help
