Nathan is a great practitioner who knows how to put you at ease and gives great therapeutic recovery advice and exercises as well as excellent massage with Cryo. He fully understands me and my lifestyle and what I am trying to achieve. Always worth the time and money well spent on intelligent self care 🏋️‍♀️ 😁

There sessions and advise given has been excellent, although I’m not totally pain free as I’ve only done four sessions, I’m able to walk a lot better now, the pain have reduces. Thanks Nat
