I visited after injuring my lower back while at the gym. The next day, I was struggling to walk and stand upright, so I booked an appointment with Nathan.
During the session, Nathan performed some initial assessments to pinpoint the issue. He then treated me using stretching techniques and cryotherapy, followed by giving me stretches to do at home.
After just one session, I felt a noticeable improvement. Even the uphill walk back to my car was much easier, which reassured me that I was on the right path to recovery.
I booked a total of four sessions, and after completing them, I'm back to normal. I'm continuing the stretches Nathan recommended to help prevent the injury from happening again.
