Callum is pleasant, polite nd approachable, I felt at ease in his company.
We talked through my concerns followed by suggestions made by Callum. He completed cryogenic treatment and did some work with the gun, I am mindful that it was just an introduction to the company but not sure if it will be suitable for me.
However, I am open to trying further treatment to see if it makes a difference and enables me to function pain free.
