nat is the nicest person ive met in years. hes incredibly knowledgable on anatomy and how and why something isnt working right. hes sorted a few of my pain issues that have niggled me for years and is helpping me manage my pain in a long standing injury pain for over 15 years and only relive i get is when ive seen nat. not only do you get cryotherapy he will advise you on exercises stretches and if required massage the area to release the pressure in muscles. would recomend 100%

On session 2. I have improved already and on to new/ more exercises. Still a way to go, but improving. Nathan is approachable, friendly and knowledgeable in not just physiotherapy, but the whole person. Highly recommend
