It was an OK experience and only went as I needed a last min appointment, but lots of things were lacking. Mainly I was disappointed most by the fact that lots of wax was left on and many hairs missed on the wax. I understand its difficult on regrowth areas, but theres no real excuse for leaving wax on my skin still.

The massage was very nice and relaxing and Anna was really professional. However, it smelled like chemical a lot as the venue is shared with a nail spa.
