No hand soap in the toilet and the toilet wasn't very clean . I really hope the therapist used soap from somewhere to wash her hands between clients.
Used tissues on the floor in the treatment room made me feel anxious particularly with what's going on right now.
No medical history as taken before the massage, not safe or professional.
Massage was good but Anna did not adapt strokes for extra tense areas which made the massage uncomfortable sometimes.
