Staff is friendly and polite. Place is clean and well decorated. The service was very good, I had waxing done by a lovely and experienced technician, which made me feel comfortable during the treatment.

The massage was fine. The company had moved venues the day before my treatment. The venue was very small and untidy upstairs with a teenager sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs. The room for the treatment was so small I had to leave my bag of shopping outside the room. I wasn't told I would need to pay in cash
