The location of the room was underneath a noisy nail shop and so you heard scraping chairs and screaming kids throughout the massage, despite the soothing music playing in the room, which stopped me from relaxing fully. The masseuse was friendly and I enjoyed the hot stone massage although I felt it could have done with more pressure. Likewise the face massage I asked for more pressure to be applied as it was very gentle. Massage movements were limited and only 1 oil was used. I would have liked it to be a more peaceful environment with more pressure, variety in massage movements and oils.

Refused to honour a Groupon voucher. Changed the t&c's after we bought it to say we couldn't now redeem on weekends. Trust. Broken.
Look beyond the exterior. I couldn't find the place, it looks like a hairdresser. It is in one of Croydon's shabbier bits, but the massage room was lovely, and the massage was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a massage here. And helpfully she stays open until 7 - so can fit in after work. Good firm massage and a friendly, professional service.
