Ella is always very accommodating no matter how busy she is. She works very hard and always does an excellent job.

I normally have a good experience but unfortunately I was left disappointed with my hair as my hair came out darker than it normally does ..I am not happy with the toner that was put on my hair and it is nearly two weeks and it still hasn’t come out
