Welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. Discussed ideas I had and advised on what would work and what wouldn't and I came away very pleased. She even managed to fit my daughter in at the same time, so 2 very happy customers 😁😁

Really good experience with Ela. She took the time to listen to my concerns and worries about my hair and provided sound advice. Very happy with the treatment and cut. The other lady at the salon that washed my hair was lovely too.
