I’ve had 4 balayages prior but this has been the best which is a good start! However, the cut was awful. The hair wasn’t all one length and the layers were chunky and uneven. I went somewhere else the next day to blend this in and patch it up. I did phone the salon and they offered re doing it but I didn’t fancy going back.

I had a half head highlights and a cut done. The whole experience was great. The girl who did my hair (sorry don't have her name) was really good and super attentive. The colour results was exactly what I wanted and the cut was also spot on. Will surely come back
