I'm actually really disapointed, I left it a while because my temper was hot and really annoyed on the day and let the haircut sit to see how it looks, but I booked for a wet cut via treatwell with a trainee, that's not an issue I expect to sit for an hour or more as they work, but there was a very snippy attitude from the girl and the lady she was working with when after a full hour it looked nothing like it was supposed to, she's yawning looking bored, and in the end someone else had to come over and fix the cut.
I understand she's a trainee she might not be capable of doing so, but the whole situation was reversed, its my fault or having thick hair, it's my fault I wasn't specific, I booked the "wrong" type of cut I should have booked a restyle - if this is the case I told her immediatly on sitting down how much to be cut off, she should have specified the price was wrong and it would actually cost more to have it cut, it then she hacked into my hair with thinning scissors, so now my hair sits terribly, it looked fine for a day or so after having it cut but it's growing out horribly, there's stray hairs sticking out, the parting isn't right so it sweeps in the wrong direction it's just blunt and thick in patches- I've had my hair cut but many a trainne and some of them are the best haircuts i've ever had but it seems because they aren't up to the job the blame gets shifted, I was prepared to go back even after being basically told off like a small child when I went to pay because that apparently isn't emabrrassing enough I put it down to a bad day but once I've lived with this cut for a while there is no way I'd return I now have to pay twice to have this tidied into something I don't hate. how can you have your hair cut by two different people and it's still terrible?
