Visited salon for blond highlights. I was very disappointed with the end results as my roots were still showing at the front making my hair look very patchy. When I said something I was told that a foil was missed out and I could return to have it done. I was then told that I was seen by a junior stylist and what did I expect - well I expect the junior stylist to be supervised closer and for the senior to have better customer service skills if things do wrong. Instead I was made to feel that it was acceptable that my hair was not done properly. Also when I booked the appointment I was not made aware that the hairdresser was not qualified.
