Unprofessional service! Worst experience ever..... from hair colour to cutting to hospitality. I had a balayage done which left myhair red orange pigment colour and my hair cut was uneven which cost me £95. On my second visit to the salon, I told her I am not happy and I understand not every outcome is the same as you ask but wasn’t expecting my hair to turn out like this however Ella the hairstylist was on denial saying my hair doesnt look like that and she didn’t put orange or red colour(obviously I know every dark hair goes through that bleaching process) she kept saying it’s close to the colour I choose “ which wasn’t” blamed me and said “oh! now you want the light hair colour” but neither did I say I want brick red highlights ayz she then got offended when I said my hair cut is uneven, spoke to me rudely.... rather than to reassure me to fix it, she was telling me off right in fornt of other customer... what a customer service honestly!! After all this I felt very uncomfortable to go back and went somewhere else to fix my hair for that reason she wasn’t willing to refund me my money.
I made a wrong choice going to this salon so now I just want to aware other customer to book through treatwell reason being is if anything goes wrong treatwell will handle it and if you call directly they will have an excuse for you to pay extra amount and Do Not get deceived by the pictures that you see on the fb , I realised the indoor lights has that contrast effect on your hair which makes your look different where as in natural light it shows the actual result.
What an absolute waste of time and money!
Both ladies that I interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. I received exactly what I asked for in terms of my style, colour and cut. As it was my first time having highlights or using bleach on my hair, Ela was happy to explain every step to me clearly and enabled me to receive exactly what I wanted! Brilliant service :)
