Not happy at all with junior stylist, despite clearly saying I wanted one or maybe two inches off, only the ends when I got home and dried hair it was more like four. She showed me where to on my arm where she would cut to, but because of my layers it was actually far more than I expected at back.

Went in with no idea of what I actually wanted, came out feeling like a completely new person.
The ladies are so friendly and professional, they will advise on treatments and offer recommendations without being pushy, I love my new colours so much
