My experience at crowning glory with Ela was amazing. I left with the hair colour I envisioned and she was so lovely and really made me feel confident and advised me on hair care and took her time with the whole process. I will definitely be going back for highlights and for the overall experience. Was asked if I wanted tea or coffee, the other girls were lovely and the salon is beautiful. Thanks again Ela

Quite a rushed haircut, in a busy overcrowded salon. The lady who cut my hair was nice but she had some visitors (I guess family or friends) who sat staring at me and talking to her whilst I had my hair washed. Felt a bit awkward. She tried to make conversation with me (which is hard as I’m super shy) but the whole experience felt a little slap dash. She didn’t ask what I wanted down before she washed my hair. My hair cut isn’t a bad one but the ambience of the salon and the rushed manner made the experience not great.
